Rules for tenants

Nikau Junction has a registered land covenant that tenants must follow. This is a summary; ask the owner for the full covenant.

  • Commercial and light industrial use only. No residential use, and no one may sleep on site.
  • No uses that cause a nuisance, such as noise above district plan limits, toxic smells, fire hazards, chemicals or flammable gases, or significant dust.
  • Keep the unit tidy. Rubbish must be stored out of sight and never left on the common areas.
  • Carparks are for vehicle parking only, not storage.
  • You can put a business sign in the unit's allocated signage area, and your business is listed on the directory board at the complex entrance.
